Video demonstration of BioDiesel in Stove
1. Take stove out of box... Stove is pre-assembled.
2. Look over stove and see that nothing is missing, funnel included.
****DO NOT LEAN DIRECTLY OVER STOVE(Emits large preheater flame)*******
***LEAVE FRAME ON STOVE, DURING LIGHTING PROCESS)****
ALWAYS REMEMBER -- SAFETY FIRST!!!! -- LIGHT IT OUTDOORS
FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ANY STOVE AND/OR LAMP BEFORE OPERATING.
!! WASH OUT TANK (use water or Fuel) BEFORE USING if needed!!
Note* If you have a problem with your BioDiesel, you may want to add 10 - 40% of another type fuel to the BioDiesel to increase flashpoint.
OPERATING DIRECTIONS: (CHECK FOR LEAKS FIRST!!! Fill stove & add pressure to detect any leaks) If you need to print this page use Landscape.
(1) Fill the stove with Biodiesel... DO NOT OVERFILL. Remove Fuel Cap/with gauge. STV-149. Tighten the filler(STV-149 see photo below) and bleeder cap(# 13) (the rough feeling, round things), by turning clockwise. (To the right - part STV-149... same as lantern part#149). See photo below 1. Make sure you put frame back on stove before using: DO NOT Attach frame, WHILE STOVE IS IN OPERATION..

(2)
MAKE SURE KNOB IS IN THE OFF position ( see part STV-40 in photo)..., turn clockwise (right (stove should be in the off position from the factory.) Look into the hole on the mixing tube to see if needle(#68) is sticking out of the # 50. See photos below.
(3) Holding the tank STV-118, (shiny thing), put some pressure in TANK. Apply pressure using part #6.(you can add pressure up to 3 on the gauge (Part #149-STV)....OR....to the red mark at least. See photos below: Its best to use EZ pump with stove see photo below :

(4) Fill Preheat cup first with alcohol fuel using a bottle. Apply Flame (match or cigarette lighter) to the fuel inside preheat cup. MUST PRE-HEAT 2 WAYS AT SAME TIME USE CUP AND PRE-HEATER SEE 6 PHOTOS BELOW:

Apply Flame (match or cigarette lighter) next to big hole in part # 220 or under #220(next to the 2 holes)open part # 223 (see above photos) and then open preheater all the way.
(4A) Allow stove to PREHEAT (using Ethanol,.Methanol, or Alcohol in preheat cup may need to do this 2 times or more). (Preheating time is determined by atmospheric/altitude conditions, and fuel.!! WARNING!! Iinsufficient preheating time, will cause raw fuel to come out of -(# 50) and make large flame.. Insufficient preheating time (when you turn the stove on), can cause a buildup of fuel in the mixing chamber (located below the screw that holds the burner assembly in place), and may look like a leak.

6) AFTER 2 1/2 to 3 mim.....(preheating).....TURN ON/OFF(STV-40) KNOB, COUNTER-CLOCKWISE (left (slowly), and LISTEN FOR STOVE TO START OPERATING. You MAY or MAY NOT SEE A FLAME in the burner. When the stove starts operating turn #223 off and add pressure. See photos below:
(7) PRESSURIZE STOVE TO DESIRED PRESSURE (Part # 6). (Stove will build it's pressure to about 1 & 1/2 bars to 3). It will hold pressure, so it is not necessary to pump stove on continuous basis. ADJUST STOVE TO DESIRED FLAME OUTPUT- Turn knob.(#40- STV)
(8) TO TURN OFF STOVE - Release pressure off 149-STV by turning Part #13 counter-clockwise(left), and turn knob (part 40-STV) clock wise(right). (SEE PHOTOS BELOW)
